Weekly Goals:
Monday
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Search MLS, obituaries, and other sources for new leads.
Keagan: Assist in finding potential leads using alternative sources.
Optional Tasks
Optional: If we previewed garage sales on the weekend, prepare mailers.
Optional: If an open house occurred, send thank-you letters or texts to all attendees.
Notes:
Tuesday
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Prepare mailers for new RPR leads. Hold off on stamping or postage until after RPRs are delivered.
Keagan: Update CRM and input new leads.
Wednesday
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Nurture HOT leads through calls, texts, mailers, and pop-bys.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Reconnect with friends and leads. Update notes on leads.
Thursday
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: In-person delivery of RPR packets.
Keagan: Accompany for deliveries, if possible.
Friday
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Update websites & or email blasts.
Keagan: Check for user experience and functionality issues.
Saturday OR Sunday (Not Both)
OPTIONAL: Make Pop-By Stuff.
OPTIONAL: Garage Sales - Make notes of potential leads.
